Collector's Notes

Sinn built the 6068 for its home city, the tenth watch in the Frankfurt Financial District line, and it solves the two-timezone problem without a fourth hand. A crown at 10 o'clock drives an internal 12-hour bezel, so a second zone reads off the rotating ring while the SW 300-1 automatic keeps the main time, date tucked between 4 and 5. The 39mm polished steel case stays genuinely versatile at 12mm thick, and the sunburst black dial with luminous applied markers reads sharp against it under the anti-reflective sapphire. An exhibition case back shows the movement and its engraved rotor. Water resistance is 100m. This 2017 example rides a black calfskin strap and comes with its original box and papers, a quietly technical German piece that suits a desk as easily as a weekend.
